Russet potatoes that are hand cut, well seasoned, and twice-cooked in canola oil resulting in crispy fries and a creamy centre.
Assorted sautéed vegetables, hand-rolled in thin spring roll wrapper and fried crisp. Served with garlic spiced vinegar for that true Filipino flavour.
My mother’s version of the classic Filipino appetizer, Lumpiang Shanghai, that we're sure will keep you coming back for more. Filled with a ground pork and shredded veggie mixture, perfectly seasoned, hand-rolled, and fried crisp. Enjoy with a side of sweet chili sauce.

Our all-beef patty is juicy and hearty at 6 oz, no fillers. Seasoned, grilled, and topped with real cheddar cheese. Served on a toasted bun, dressed with MNKG sauce, tomato, arugula, and sweet vidalia onions.

What's summer without hotdogs? Our hotdogs and polish sausages are a hefty 1/4 pound, all-beef and chargrilled.

We slow cook our pulled-pork in classic Filipino adobo flavours to achieve a perfectly tender and juicy consistency. Served on a toasted bun and dressed with baby arugula, atsara, and garlic aioli.
HOW TO BEST ENJOY A FILIPINO MEAL?
Chicken marinated in ginger, lemongrass, garlic and citrus - then char-grilled. Served on a bed of garlic fried rice with a side of atsara.
Pork marinated in soy sauce, garlic and vinegar - then slow simmered. Served on a bed of garlic fried rice and a side of atsara.
Thinly sliced beef sirloin, braised in lemon, soy sauce, and onions. Served on a bed of garlic fried rice and a side of atsara.
From two words; 'Sinangág' means fried rice, and 'itlog' means egg.
To-si-log: Tocino (sweet cured pork)
